Brunei Petroleum Technology Exhibition & Conference (PTEC) 2025

10 February 2025 – The Wawasan Brunei Office (PWB), Prime Minister's Office (JPM) took part in the Brunei Petroleum Technology Exhibition & Conference (PTEC) 2025, organised by the Brunei Darussalam National Petroleum Authority in collaboration with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Brunei Section, Universiti Brunei Darussalam and Universiti Teknologi Brunei. The exhibition and conference were held over four days from 10 February to 13 February 2025 at the Plenary Hall, International Convention Centre (ICC).

The guest of honour for the ceremony was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Defence II.

Themed 'Innovation for Efficiency and Resilience in the Hydrocarbon Industry', the exhibition and conference aimed to strengthen cooperation and innovation in the hydrocarbon industry and reaffirm the nation's commitment to leveraging advanced technology as the key to enhancing efficiency, sustainability and long-term growth, in line with changes in the global energy landscape.
