The briefing was one of the components of the YEP conducted by the Institute of Public Service. The 13-week programme was attended by 21 officers from Division II (B2 / B2 EB3) from several Ministries. Among the objectives of the programme were to equip participants with skills in self-management, personal effectiveness, teamwork and organisational skills.
